Flexicon is a New Zealand owned and operated company based in the heart of the Avondale’s manufacturing district in Auckland. Established by Nicolaas Peeters in 1993 the company is now directed by his son Pierre Peeters, Flexicon has built a solid reputation within the plastics industry and prides itself in providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Flexicon currently provide blow moulded bottles and injection moulded jars, caps and closures. All of our plastic products are food grade approved and recyclable.

Current bottle volumes range from 20ml to 1L though we have capacity to produce bottles up to 4L. We produce blow moulded rigid bottles in high density polyethylene (HDPE) and soft squeezable bottles from low density polyethylene (LDPE). Polypropylene (PP) is used for injection moulding all cosmetic jars, pots, and caps.

We hold a wide range of products in stock and have a variety of standard colours available. All in house produced items can be made in a colour to suit your businesses requirements, however please note that we require minimum orders of 3000 units for customised colours.

Flexicon can also provide a wide range of components to suit our bottle range, or to fit your existing bottles. These include fine mist sprays, serum pumps, lotion pumps, trigger sprays, and child resistance closures. We also stock clear polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles in 50ml to 250ml sizes. If you require your own custom shaped bottle, jar, or closure, we can assist and advise on the most efficient way to produce a product to meet your needs. With an emphasis on sustainability Flexicon offers alternative plastics that derive from renewable sustainable resources.

In addition to our moulding services we also have a state of the art decoration department. We provide screen printing, labeling, and hot stamping to give you a complete in-house service, or let us add the finishing touches to your existing packaging.
